Philippe Rosinski is a world authority in executive coaching, team coaching, and global leadership development. He is the first European to have been designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.
He has pioneered a global approach to coaching that leverages multiple perspectives for greater creativity, impact and meaning. The Harvard Business School chose his ground-breaking book Coaching Across Cultures (2003) as its featured book recommendation in the category of business leadership. His innovative approach of bringing the crucial intercultural dimension into the practice of coaching has won him worldwide acclaim. His new book Global Coaching (2010) has been described as “having moved the art and science of coaching to a new level”.
Since 1999, he is principal of Rosinski & Company, an international network organization that helps leaders, teams and organizations unleash their human potential to achieve sustainable high performance. Previously, he was the Director of Custom Programs at the Center for Creative Leadership Europe.
Philippe Rosinski is a professor in the MBA program for global managers at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business in Tokyo, Japan. He is also a visiting professor at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic.

Philippe Rosinski has written several articles, including Coaching from Multiple Perspectives (2007), Leading for Joy (1998) and Constructive Politics (1998), which already showed how alternative and multiple perspectives can enrich traditional coaching and leadership development for maximum impact. He has also contributed chapters to several books: Evidence Based Coaching Handbook (2006), Excellence in Coaching (2006), Best Practice in Performance Coaching (2007), The Routledge Companion to International Business Coaching (2008), and The Coaching Relationship (2010).
Prior to his career in coaching and leadership development, he spent six years in the engineering field as a software engineer in the Silicon Valley, California, and as a project manager in Brussels.
He received an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique in Brussels. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and the Executive Master in Management degree from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. He is also certified to use a variety of psychometric instruments and is the author of the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) assessment available at www.cofassessment.com
Philippe Rosinski has spoken at numerous international conferences. He participated in the first International Executive Coaching Summit (1999), initiated and led the first European Executive Coaching Summit (2003). He currently serves on the Editorial Board of Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice. He also serves on the Global Advisory panel of the Association for Coaching.
